Oh yeah, this is a blog. I finally am posting because of all the threatening phone calls and as a defense of the bad dog house press. Oh yeah, not to mention all the teasing I got at the party last night. SO before I get tarred and feathered I think I will attemt to post.
So an update on my life, for the very few of you that have not yet heard I am going to have a baby in Febuary. Tim and I are more in love then ever. He is out oo town this weekend at a pastoral confenince in O'neal Nebraska working on finding a a youth pastor postion. This is the first time we have been apart since we have been married and the longest amount of time we have gone without seeing each other since we started dateding last winter. But the good news for me si that he is on his way home now and I will see him in a few hours. I can't believe how much i have missed him. The good news is that he has been invited to come check out a couple of church and he told them that I would be coming along. Since Tim was gone this weekend I hung out with the next coolest man in my life, Eric. We wne to Sams going away party, then to a twenty first birthday party, and then back to Sams until 2:00am. I had a great time, thanks Eric!!!

To all those who have faithfully checked my blog, and are complaining about my lack of posting I deicate this post to you....

Okay, so if you have not heard, I am officially engaged!!! Tim proposed this last Saturday. Here is a picture of my complete bridal set, I am only wearing the the engagement ring until after the wedding. It is more beatiful than I ever imagined. I am very happy. I will be at swing this week if you would like to see my ring up close and hear more details about the romantic way Tim proposed and the suprise engagment party he planned.

Garlic chiken, brocoli and cheddar rice, mixed veggy. Then for desert we had warm fresh pinapple over vanilla ice cream.

So, it has been a very intesting week. Dating/courting someone can take a lote out of you, like a desire to sleep or eat. The first week I think I got a grand total of 38 hours of sleep the inter week. I was begining to wonder if I was ever going to sleep again. Last saturday Tim met one of my other families and then we had dinner at my best friend and her husband apartment. We had a great time. The guys got along instantly and talked by themselves for the first 45 minutes of the evening. We laughted (espeacially when we played the board game) and talked until midnight. It was a great night. Later in the week Tim was teasing me that my best friend had cooked for him but I had not. I think he knows he has a lot to worry about when it comes to my abilibity to cook, beacause I have only made at least 3 meals a day for a family of 8 for almost four years. You know if I was him I would worry too. So I asked him If I could plan date night this week, and have us make dinner together. This is actually a huge complient because I really don't like other people in my kitchen. But for him I thought I would make an acception. DId you like the picture of us in matching aprons. Girls try not to be to jeaslous, I know he looks really hot in an apron. I will spare you the rest of the mushy details about my week and just tell you that I have been teased for years about my list of what I want in a man. Most of people thought that I should broaden my list, because the kind of man who could met that discription was one in a million. I am please to tell you that I have met the man I have been praying for since I was 8 years old and not only does he fit the list to a T, he I more than I could ever hope for in a man.
